Job Summary As a Collections Specialist II you will assist customers with collecting payments on low risk accounts. Job responsibilities * Work in a call center environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction * Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, while staying engaged with our customers * Communicate with customers in a metrics-driven environment • Navigate multiple technologies while demonstrating resiliency and extreme adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Take ownership of each customer interaction while treating them with respect and responding with empathy * Work both independently and in a team environment * Abide by all applicable regulatory and departmental practices and procedures Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * 1 year collections experience * Decision making abilities * Previous auto experience * Organization and prioritization * Excellent communication and listening skill * Ability to work overtime as required * Bilingual (Spanish) Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
