The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.The Chrome Browser Enterprise Partnerships team is responsible for identifying and delivering partnerships to drive Chrome Browser growth and adoption in the Enterprise and increase Google's total addressable advertising audience and search business growth. This team works closely with Chrome Browser and Google Cloud Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to build distribution and product partnerships ecosystems focused on Chrome Browser growth in Enterprise.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 11 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, and/or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries. Experience negotiating and executing first-of-kind business agreements. Experience in partner management or enterprise sales in SaaS products or platforms. Preferred qualifications: 10 years of experience driving commercial partnerships at a technology company, including identifying and defining opportunities, developing partnerships programs. Experience managing large, sensitive partners.Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving, collaborative environment, converting complex legal, business, and product issues. Ability to identify commercial, legal, and technical risks around distribution integrations and translate first-of-a-kind commercial agreements into term sheets and legal agreements and interpreting legal documents. Fluency with technological concepts, driving the thinking behind models, and product features.Excellent communication skills at all levels of management; internal and external and a strategic thinker and distribution-minded. Responsibilities Translate business issues/requirements, Chrome Browser capabilities and value, into a strategic plan that includes target partner strategy, technical strategy, value propositions, customer engagement models and a schedule to achieve desired pursuit goals. Drive end-to-end partner experience for agreement integration, including negotiating and finalizing contracts, executing account plans, pitching to partners, resolving issues, and advocating on behalf of the partner. Own partners within Chrome Browser's growing Enterprise distribution and technology partner ecosystems driving Go-to-Market activities to achieve Platforms and Ecosystems and Chrome product goals. Drive transparent and open coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of partnerships; manage a complex matrix of internal stakeholders.
