The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of defense litigation experience, preferably with a focus on insurance defense or construction. This position requires strong written and oral communication skills, a proactive approach to litigation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Job Duties:Regularly attend court appearances and depositions.Conduct depositions.Draft legal pleadings.Prepare discovery documents.Conduct legal research.Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of defense litigation experience (preferably with insurance defense or construction).Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proactive approach to case management and litigation.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.Certifications:Admission to practice law in the state of Florida.Skills:Strong legal research and writing skills.Proficiency in drafting legal documents and pleadings.Ability to conduct thorough and effective depositions.Competence in preparing and managing discovery documents.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex legal issues.Benefits Offered:Great team environment.Excellent mentorship.Competitive salary package.Monthly bonus structure.Year-end bonus potential.Comprehensive benefits package.
