We are seeking a talented real estate acquisitions specialist to join one of our real estate teams. You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Real estate license is required. Team sales and lead generation are a big part of this upside commission opportunity as well. Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients• Find acquisition properties• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network• Investment property lead generation• Investment property lead follow-up• Listing appointments• Investment property buyer and seller sales• Execute appointments• Sales talk• Close sales Qualifications: • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone• A real estate license is required • Great communication• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
