The CNO Analyst/Programmer’s role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. This role designs, develops and supports application solutions to meet client requirements. They may design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms. Candidates should have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Programming or related field and have experience in related field with 10 or more years of experience.
