You'll also: --- Develop and implement business and marketing plans --- Prospect for potential clients --- Discuss the financial concerns and needs of individuals --- Present potential solutions using our suite of products and services --- Develop your professional skills and knowledge Responsibilities: --- Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies --- Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business --- Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience --- Process current policyholders' insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims Qualifications: --- Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred --- Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus --- Skilled with Microsoft Office --- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred About Company: Awards & Accolades.
