Reporting to the Supervising Intake Attorney, the successful candidate will manage their caseload, interact with clients, and collaborate with the Immigration Team of Attorneys and legal assistants. Duties and Responsibilities:Monitor the firm's case management software for live cases to vetReview intake sheets and documents from potential clientsIdentify potential immigration relief for potential clientsSuggest legal strategies and proposed services for potential clientsSpeak to existing clients regarding potential services outside of their current contractAnswer legal questions from or explain legal processes to potential and existing clientsCommunicate with and provide feedback to the sales team meeting with potential clientsOversee intake paralegals and virtual assistantsManage a caseload and ensure the timely progression of cases Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice lawMinimum of 2-5 years of experience in Immigration LawExperience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applicationsProficiency with case management software is preferredBilingual (Spanish) is preferred Skills:Excellent interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailRecord of moving legal cases forwardAbility to manage a caseload effectivelyExperience with Case Management Software is preferred Certifications:Active license to practice law Benefits Offered:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompetitive compensation package including a 401(k) planCatered lunchesComplimentary parkingPaid time off This medium-sized firm specializes in immigration, criminal, employment law, and personal injury.
