Overall Responsibility: Responsibilities include oversight and monitoring of specialty contractor construction activities.Requires 80% field presence to observe and report measure of performance, compliance and qualityexpected from contract documentation by installing contractors. Collaboration with direct sitesupervision is essential to communicate and coordinate for non-compliances and reworks arising out ofnon-compliance. Experience with direct installation of and oversight of specialty trades in the fields ofLow Voltage, IT, Security and Airport systems as listed below, but not limited to one or more: Fire Alarm Building Management Systems Lighting/Lighting Controls Energy Management Systems IT – Digital displays Security – Access Control Systems Security – CCTV systems Miscellaneous other specialty systems installed for vertical building facilities. Education/Experience Minimum: 1. Minimum 10 years of experience is required.2. Minimum of one of the relevant credentials listed as follows:a) Trade certifications or licensure in specialty areas listed above.b) RCDD, Security or other pertinent certifications as earned.3. Preferred experience: airport terminal buildings, airport terminal facilities and systems; largeinstitutional buildings such as Train Stations, medical or complex multi-use facilities that wouldcover one or more of the specialty areas listed above.Powered by JazzHR
