Read on to learn more about an exciting opportunity to join our team.The Website Content Manager will work closely with the marketing team in the development, functionality, enhancements, multi-lingual (French, German, Chinese and Italian) and user experience for Stout.com. This person will optimize the website visitor experience and create, publish, and maintain high-quality content. Some content projects may require marketing automation for lead generation and lead scoring.This person is responsible for managing website content projects including language translations, ADA compliance and the overall user experience for Stout.com. Some content-related projects may require development resources, so they will work closely with Stout's web development partners to manage, track and test new development, enhancements, and issues to completion. The candidate must have excellent organization and communication skills for managing a high volume on content and development projects.Major Duties and Responsibilities: Ultimately, the job of this person is to manage content on Stout.com. Working with marketing team members and partners, produce valuable and engaging content for our website including articles, video, graphics, custom web page layouts, audio, homepage promotions, etc.. The Website Content Manager will work with various digital partners to manage the work backlog and various website projects.Responsibilities include: Review/edit content in the content management system workflow for writing, brand, and web standards and overall user experience. Manage website taxonomy, content structure and tagging. Landing page optimization, branding, and user experience. Ensure content is published to enable tracking and measurement. Monitor, measure, and assess the performance of content. Advanced knowledge in developing forms, and automation for generating leads from the website. Prepare web analytics reports and provide summaries, insights, and suggestions to drive goals. Assist in managing the process for language translation of content on the website and the technologies that support our language translation service. Creating detailed requirements, system documentation, user guides and perform user acceptance testing. Performing routine maintenance for all content in the content management system. Assist the digital marketing team with managing and maintaining various platforms making up the digital marketing stack. Apply website publishing best practices for SEO to maximize reach. General content administration within the content management system to maintain system health and ease of maintenance. Provide content delivery and web best practices consulting to the marketing team as needed. Perform other project or web support duties as assigned.Qualifications: Experience managing and maintaining content management systems and using editorial style guides to maintain consistency for a corporate website. Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function. Experience with enterprise content management systems; Sitecore is preferred. Solid knowledge of web best practices, including UX, design, privacy, optimization, SEO, and ADA compliance. Experience in content management creating, publishing content on customer-facing website. Experience working with external web development partners, internal IT teams and processes. Experience with project/issue tracking tools (for example, tools comparable to JIRA, etc.) Experience with enterprise content management system, Sitecore is preferred. Proficiency with HTML/CSS to support custom web page layouts. Well versed in UX fundamentals, responsive web design and ADA compliance. Experience managing large multi-lingual corporate website. Experience working with external web development partners, teams, systems and processes. Excellent analytical and project management skills Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications Must be qualified to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorshipRequired: Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or other relevant fields. 5 - 10 years of experience in digital marketing. 5 - 10 years of experience working with enterprise content management systems In-depth knowledge of HTML and CSS.Preferred: Experience with Sitecore, HubSpot and Google Analytics. General understanding of website infrastructure, environments, and deployment practices. Experience with enterprise website search platforms. Familiarity with Bootstrap framework.#LI-CM2Why Stout? The range for this role considers several factors including but not limited to prior work and industry experience, education level, and unique skills. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annual. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
