Qualifications: π Minimum High School diploma required; Bachelorβs Degree in human services field preferred.π 3 years of experience as a youth service worker, with a proven ability to work effectively in an urban setting. π§ Knowledge of adolescent development and community resources.π€ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a warm, therapeutic atmosphere and work collaboratively as part of a team.π Professional Characteristics: Empathetic, ethical, organized, and dedicated to ongoing personal and professional growth.
