Kitchen Manager : Entertainment Salary: 70,000 : 80,000 Location: Dobbs Ferry. NY Our client is looking for a skilled kitchen manager to contribute to the dynamic operations of their dining outlets. Youll be an essential part of the venues leadership team, working hard in the culinary field while also nurturing and mentoring team members. Kitchen Manager Duties: * Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth back of house operations and high culinary standards* Maintain current knowledge of best practices in training and development within the industry to ensure compliance* Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food preparation, storage, and safety* Coordinate with the front of house operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests* Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food preparation, storage, and safety* Manage inventory and order supplies as required Kitchen Manager Requirements: * 3:5 years of high:volume Kitchen Management experience* Experience with financial duties including inventory and labour costs* Invested in training and developing team members, creating ongoing goals and establishing best practices for each team member* Experienced leading kitchen teams* A creative and innovative individual with great communication skills If youre interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Ashley today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
