Duties:Represent clients in felony, misdemeanor, and DUI cases from inception through trial.Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong defense strategies.Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.Negotiate plea bargains and settlements on behalf of clients when necessary.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.Collaborate with legal team members to ensure comprehensive client representation. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.Minimum 3 years of prior courtroom experience handling criminal cases.Demonstrated ability to zealously advocate for clients' interests.Strong understanding of criminal law and procedure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing. Skills:Extensive courtroom experience in criminal law.Legal research and analytical skills.Negotiation skills.Client advocacy.Time management and organizational skills.
