If so, we want to hear from you! Turn Key Real Estate Management, Inc is seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team. Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, 401k/Roth employer match accounts, Health Insurance Responsibilities:• Assist the Property Manager with all aspects of daily operations, including but not limited to:• Lease administration (processing applications, move-in/move-out procedures)• Rent collection and delinquency management• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records• Responding to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner• Performing property inspections and coordinating maintenance requests• Marketing vacant units Qualifications:• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or a related field (or demonstrably transferable skills)• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the Google Workspace equivalent.• Proficiency in Appfolio Property Manager is a plus.• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly About Company: Turnkey Real Estate Management provides full-service property management in Southern Ohio.
