We rely on the latest Dentrix software for seamless communication within the office. Ideal Candidate Qualities: • Strong customer service skills.• Proficient in dental office treatment plan coordination, scheduling, charting, and pre-treatment determinations.• Experience handling PPO insurance and fees for service. Responsibilities:• Greet and checkout patients• Answer emails and phone calls• Schedule appointments• Present Treatment Plans• Contact patients with pre-treatment estimates• Confirm Zoc Doc and online appointments• Work on schedule daily, including continued care and recall reports• Work alongside Doctors as well as supporting staff• Display exceptional service Qualifications:• Dentrix experience• Polite and focused on the task• Team player• Motivated and compassionate• Hard-working• Experience as a dental receptionist• Enthusiastic and passionate about dentistry• Goal-driven and production-oriented• Exceptional customer service skills• Flexible schedule Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly About Company: Soul Dental is a contemporary, energetic, and growing company co-founded by two female friends.
