Uniforms and Equipment at No Cost! The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. A Security Flex Officer acts as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions and detect and report suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may be a threat to the property, clients, guests or employees at the site. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: * Must be at least 21 years of age.* Must have a minimum of one year Security Services or Security Services related experience.* Must have and maintain reliable personal vehicle.* Must have and maintain a reliable phone (cell phone) with the ability to be messaged or have messages left.* Must have and maintain acceptable MVR (per Client standard).* Must be flexible to work any shift, any weekends, and all sites assigned.* Must have proficient computer skills. (Word, Excel, Outlook)* Must display proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating verbally, in English.1. Capable of dealing with stressful situations.2. Comfortable in approaching unknown individuals.3. Able to respond to all emergency situations, such as fire and first aid calls.4. Able to walk for extended periods of time.5. Able to stand or sit for extended periods of time.6. Able to work in all weather conditions.7. Capable of acting in the interest of protecting life, property, product and information within the constraints of the law, Starbucks' and the Service provider's policies.8. Capable of detaining individuals who pose a threat within the constraints of state law, Starbucks and Service Provider's Policies.9. Capable of controlling access to their assigned facility by adhering to the Access Control Standards.10. Possess excellent inter-personal communication skills and acting in a professional manner at all times, both in writing and verbally.11. Capable of operating advanced security systems and equipment, such as CCTV Security Cameras, Access Control and Alarms.12. Capable of understanding and completing audits, assessments and reports through various approved Starbucks software programs.* ***Position is subject to additional hours to include overtime at the Account Manager's discretion***Must be at least 21 years of age.* Must have a minimum of one year Security Services or Security Services related experience.* Must have and maintain personal vehicle/reliable transportation.* Must have and maintain a reliable phone (cell phone).* Must have and maintain acceptable MVR (per Client standard).* Must be flexible to work any shift, all weekends, and all sites assigned.* Must have proficient computer skills.
