We invite you to review our website to learn more about our company and team by visiting our website at https://www.cgoncology.com/careers/#overview . _____________________________________________________________________________________ Role: AVP, TECHNICAL OPERATIONS Location: Remote US-Based Essential Functions: The AVP of Technical Operations is responsible for leading and effectively executing on internal and external manufacturing campaigns and associated activities for company’s Technical Operations, including but not limited to, drug substance/drug product manufacturing while working in close collaboration with QC/AD, and the Supply Chain/Logistics, and CMC-Regulatory strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with their colleagues and the leaders to help tactfully define, optimize, and drive the successful strategic growth of the company and achieving its CMC objectives. Qualifications: BS in Molecular, Cellular Biology, Chemistry, virology, immunology, or related discipline. Ten (10) years in progressively responsible business/operational leadership roles typically with five (5) years of experience at the senior/executive leadership level. Experience successfully managing and maintaining collaborations with outsourced vendors such as (labs, CRO’s, CMO’s etc.). Experience in CMC, QC and Analytical Development. Biologics experience in late-stage development/BLA-enabling activities such as Risk Assessment, Process Characterization, Process Validation and Assay Validation prior to PPQ runs, and commercial launch. Virus Products/Vaccine experience. Flexible working hours to meet geographical needs. Ability to travel domestically/international as required. The U.S. target annual salary range for this remote, full-time, position is currently set at $260,000 - $275,000. The actual base salary offered for this role will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, market factors, experience and considering internal equity.
