They have a strong focus on delivering excellent service and always looking to improve the standards and move with current trends. The General Manager will lead the team to drive sales and ensure there is a high level of customer service being delivered to the brands high standards. As the General Manager youll ensure that standards of food and service are consistently excellent, together with taking responsibility for training the pub team.
