Social worker: Placement Co: Ordination Officer : GBP249 per day Nonstop care is currently working a well established local authority who are looking for a social worker to be their Placement Co: Ordination Officer within in their local authority. They offer the opportunity to work from home, giving you the opportunity to travel less and spend more time working on your caseload which will lead to greater job satisfaction Their s is great support and training available from management allowing you to upskill yourself and give the opportunity for career progression in the future. Responsibilities: The teams undertake provider backssments and match children to placements based on backssed needs from the area Social Work Teams Following successful placement finding, placements required to be overseen and supervised to ensure the care they provide is meeting Childrens needs. Placement Coordination receive and screen referrals, understanding a childs needs and the availability of resources to meet these, liaising with other colleagues, partners and external placement providers to ensure detailed backssment, matching and prioritising Requirements: Applicants are required to have minimum 2 years post qualified social work experience.
