Position: Salesforce Lightning Tech Lead Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Duration: Long Term (Multi-year contract) Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Domain : Automotive and Finance Visa : H1B/USC/GC/TN only Primary Skills: Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and optionally, Aura components. HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Apex Programming Language. SOQL Job Description and Technical Requirements: Hands-on and proven experience on developing Aura components and lightning Web components. Expertise in web technologies such as HTML5, XML, CSS, JSP, JavaScript and SOAP. Aware of the challenges in classic to Lightning migration. Ability to write Apex classes, Apex trigger, test classes Visualforce pages. Configuring Salesforce related workflows, Process Builder, Flow designer. Knowledge in Salesforce Administration, Deployment, Security Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing rules etc. Salesforce JavaScript Developer Certification I Leadership Requirements: Should have extensive experience of configuration, customization, testing, integration and implementation of SFDC applications using the above Primary Skills. Should have experience in building Lightning Web Component (LWC) Framework solutions and migration experience from Classic to Lightning. Lead a team of SFDC developers. Collaborate with Stakeholders and SFDC Architects to understand the implementation / change requirements. Design of Salesforce Solutions for the functional requirement. Produce Technical Design Document Responsible for code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during the project process. Designing and implementing integration architectures for data and process integration with other non-SF systems.
