Open until filled.Job Summary: The Application/Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with connected application support staff to resolve account and access issues. Related duties also include conducting research to identify enhancements, provide technical guidance and collaborate with IAM team members, CTS teams, other NDUS institutions to ensure a positive experience using the NDUS IAM system. Other responsibilities include testing, problem determination, resolution, and support in respect to the NDUS Identity System. This position will also conduct data analyst, prepare status reports, develop documentation, serve on designated projects, and perform related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education plus work experience in a related field. * 1+ years of (current) experience working as an applications or systems analyst. * Experience working with server security requirements such as PCI, HIPAA, FERPA, etc. * Must be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Able to communicate effectively to maintain excellent working relationships verbally and in writing with a wide variety of users, co-workers, supervisors, and between teams. * Demonstrate the ability to adjust to an ever-changing environment. * Excellent customer-focused skills. * Good written and oral English language skills with experience writing technical and user documentation. * Ability to work on multiple projects and learn new concepts/technology quickly. * Able to work off hours when required.Preferred Qualifications: * Data Analyst experience * 5 years of related work experience * Experience with OpenText IDM or similar IDM system. * Previous experience working in Higher Education * Familiarity with Excel, Oracle DB, LDAP, ERP * Project Management Experience * PowerShell ExperienceCONFIDENTIALITY OF APPLICATION MATERIALS: Pursuant to NDCC 44-04-18.27, applications and any records related to the applications that identify an applicant are exempt, except records related to the finalists of the position, which are open to the public after the search committee has identified the top three finalists.EEO/AA STATEMENT: NDUS/Core Technology Services is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.VETERAN'S PREFERENCE NOTICE: Veterans claiming preference must submit all proof of eligibility by the closing date.
