With a focus on easy-to-follow instructions and a wide variety of cuisines, we aim to help everyone feel empowered to be the chef of their own home kitchen. We live to serve our community of home cooks and are constantly striving to better meet their needs. We recently opened “The Collaboratory” where we will welcome our fans to come cook with us in person on occasion. We will also play host to other recipe developers and social media personalities. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. This person will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our office, as well as directly supporting the CEO and team in a variety of tasks. This is a full-time role with an hourly rate of $25-$30 depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance and 401k with a matching component. What you’ll do Manage the day-to-day operations of our collaborative creative space Ensure the office is stocked with all needed supplies Maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and oversee any needed maintenance on the space Provide access to visitors and keep track of who utilizes the space Help organize and host in-office events Coordinate and manage photo/video shoots in the studio Support the CEO in day-to-day activities, including schedule management and communications when needed What you bring to the table Proven experience in operations, executive assistant, office manager, or similar role Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Hospitality-focused mindset and the ability to recognize small details that create an exceptional guest experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement. Thorough, organized, and detail-oriented. A love of food is a must.
