Our growing company is looking for an experienced construction worker to help us complete tasks correctly and on time. Previous job-site experience is required, as is OSHA10 certification, and an understanding of construction methods, tools, and equipment. You’ll work with a close-knit team of other skilled laborers and tradesmen to bring construction plans to life. Responsibilities: • Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment such as jackhammers, survey equipment, and forklifts as required• Tear down old structures, and build temporary structures such as signs, cones, barricades, ramps, and other devices to control traffic around the construction site• Carry, load, and unload tools and building materials such as sheetrock, saws, lumber, tile, grout, etc.• Remove debris and hazardous materials to keep the job site safe and clean to meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements• Aid tradesmen, sub-contractors and craft workers such as painters, roofers, plasterers, carpenters, and electricians, as necessary Qualifications: • Comfortable working in inclement weather, like extreme temperatures, rain, etc.• Physical stamina and physical strength are needed• Previous construction experience, knowledge of construction methods, tools and equipment, and an understanding of blueprints and construction plans is required• Good depth perception and eye-hand coordination are needed, as are mechanical skills• Possess a valid drivers license Compensation: $47,000+ yearly DOE About Company: We are one of the fastest-growing independent Real Estate brokerages in Northeast Wisconsin and rapidly expanding to cover the entire state.
