You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads• Work with office staff to ensure every buyer or potential buyer has an exceptional experience with us • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• An established track record of successful real estate sales • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or relevant experience• High school diploma or GED required• An Active Georgia Real Estate License Is A Requirement No Exception • High level of adaptability to real estate technology and social media, we are 100% digital• A strong desire to take your career to the next level and a strong desire to make a $100,000+ Compensation: $115,000 yearly About Company: We are a successful RE/MAX real estate team.
