Primary Responsibilities: We are a leading interdisciplinary center that provides high quality care to our patients who are involved in the Workers Compensation system. We specialize in treating Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Chronic Pain disorders, Brain Injuries, Sleep problems/CBTi, and Weight Management. Our team is passionate about helping our patients within our creative and supportive work environment. Every person that works at IOH is an important part of our team. We have weekly team meetings that focus on our different IOP programs. We often have over 30+ staff involved discussing our patients' treatment plans. Primary Responsibilities: IOH employs 15+ licensed mental health professionals who work within our different clinics: As part of our individual therapy treatment team your primary responsibilities would include proving individual therapy treatments to address anxiety, PTSD, depression, chronic pain, sleep problems, and work stress. You would also be able to provide CBT Group Therapy incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Required Qualifications: Must be a Licensed LCSW, LMFT or LPCC or Licensed Psychologist / Post Doc Psych Assistant Licensure must be current and unrestricted in the State of California Fitness and nutrition oriented Bilingual-Spanish and English is required Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with any of the following areas: Chronic pain, PTSD, Mild Brain Injuries, Lifestyle & Wellness, Workers Compensation. Good communication skills, written and verbal Encouraging attitude to help our patients excel during their recovery from their work place injury Bilingual-Spanish and English is required Compensation is commensurate with experience.
