About the team: Enterprise Data is responsible for helping drive and evolve Capital One's data journey. Our products support our data producers and consumers as they drive business processes and innovation across all corners of the company. The Customer Success team in Enterprise Data is reimagining the customer support experience for our internal customers using our data platforms. About the role: We are seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly-motivated individual who is passionate about technology to join our team. This individual will be responsible for executing a cross-functional support model across Enterprise Data platforms for internal customers (data producers and consumers across Capital One). You will be the voice of the customer for our product and engineering partners for product feedback and improvements. You will play an integral role in building partnerships and knowledge within the team and be part of strategic initiatives for organizational and process improvements. Success in the role requires an innovative mind, a proven track record of delivering highly complex solutions end to end, rigorous organization skills, and a passion for delivering customer value. Key responsibilities include: Elevate and champion Enterprise Data customer support agendaDevelop sustainable feedback loops to address customer challengesProvide differentiated support experiences for key momentsDisplay strong consulting and collaboration skills to work with partners to understand business problems and focus on bringing issues to resolutionDemonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomesIdentify ways to improve and streamline business processesDemonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands and work in a dynamic environmentProactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value out of target state tools & platforms We want you if you are: Extremely organized with strong task coordination, and time management skills to drive and deliver resultsAble to handle ambiguity and able to dive deep without losing sight of the project's direction and commitmentExperienced communicating and influencing senior leaders and partners Basic qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Military experienceAt least 5 Years Project Management experience Preferred qualifications Knowledge of financial industries and data technologyMasters / MBA degree6+ years of Project Management experiencePMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
