As a world leader in the design and manufacturing industry, Active Dynamics is seeking an eager and enthusiastic experienced Customer Service Representative / Order Fulfillment Analyst to join our successful Toronto team immediately. We are looking for a talent with solid professional skills in the manufacturing industry. The Customer Service Rep / Order Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for providing excellent communication and organizational service to our internal and external customers, coordinating and executing a broad range of customer service activities for our company, and contributing to the efficient day-to-day operations of the Customer Service department. As a Sales and Program Management team member, this role is part of a high-performing work system that emphasizes teamwork and excellent customer service. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager. This position is a 1-year maternity leave replacement with 2 weeks paid vacation What you will be doing: Processing sales orders, which includes verifying correct pricing, and part numbers, and ensuring all company policies have been followed Tracking the status of customer orders using internal tools and processes Manage, analyze and reconcile customer order movements both internally and externally Monitor and coordinate customer purchase order releases and cancellations Tracking recurring issues that arise in the order entry process and proactively recommending solutions to improve the process.
