Director, Digital Experience Location: This role is v-connected, hybrid, or in-office within Canada. Position Summary: The Director, Digital Experience role works collaboratively across the business to help achieve the commercial goals of the sectors and develop a best-in-class digital experience. The Director, Digital Experience develops, delivers, and manages an integrated digital experience strategy across multiple channels. Reporting to the Chief Design Officer, the Director, Digital Experience manages design initiatives for Portals, Colleague Experience, and Digital Design to produce best-in-class experiences for our users across their lifecycle. The role works closely with Product Teams, DX Engineering, Business Enablement, User Success, and growth organizations – in partnership with the broader design organization. The Director, Digital Experience needs to think strategically and lead a team to deliver functionally. It’s about joining the dots of design and technology across our entire digital eco-system to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. Your Day-to-Day: A digital visionary and strategist, you understand the future of digital and will play a significant role in helping to define the vision, strategy & roadmap for Bentley’s digital experience, in conjunction with senior leadership. Whilst a visionary, your pragmatism means you’re experienced in shaping the direction of how to get started most effectively – supporting the business case for continuous investment into digital capabilities now and into the future. Responsible for the strategy, development and implementation of company-wide digital experience materials, processes, templates, and training. Close collaboration across the Brand and Design Teams, Colleague Success, User Success, Marketing Team, Comms Team, Product Managers, Sales Teams, and other key stakeholders will be required to get this right.
