Looking for a lifetime career? Apply today! Job Description Join the Naval Nuclear Laboratory as a Project Manager! We are seeking a team member to join the Operation and Maintenance group. As one of 4 Facilities Production/Project Managers, you will be responsible for prioritizing, scheduling, and coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance within our facility's production processes to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity and correct priority order is achieved. You will work closely with various departments to meet production targets and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead Stakeholder meetings in the development and implementation of Operations & Maintenance Division production schedules while optimizing resource utilization. Collaborate with other departments to understand production requirements, scope, priorities, and all needed tasks to complete required maintenance projects. Integrate all required support tasks, schedule, track, monitor and manage the timely and successful execution to completion. Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate changes and minimize downtime. Ensure the timely delivery of products, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Construction, Director Management Office, and Program Subcontractor to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance work. Analyze production data to identify effective execution of plans, areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures. Lead the development and maintenance of long-range and short-range plans to support the NRF mission. Lead the development and maintenance of long-range re-capitalization plans. Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills Experience leading/coordinating stakeholder meetings Previous management of schedules and resource utilization to manage project deliverables. Pay Range $76,400.00 - $117,000.00 annually Salary information provided is a general guide line only.
