We work with families to help children reach their full potential, making a positive impact while having fun! This full-time position (36-40 hours/week) can be spread over 4 or 5 days (Monday through Friday) and offers a pay range of $46 to $50 per treatment hour. Additionally, non-billable time, such as late cancellations, report writing, paperwork, and meetings, is compensated. How to win in this role: Provide high-quality speech therapy, taking a holistic and functional view of children's needs Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write reports that capture the child's skills and deficits Partner with families to empower them to teach and support their child's communication Maintain ethical standards of the profession Continually develop personal and professional education and skills Communicate and collaborate as part of a cohesive team Document objective and subjective data to provide and modify evidence-based therapy plans Set therapeutic expectations for clients while motivating children and providing individualized challenge At least two years of experience providing speech therapy services to a pediatric population The skills you need to win: The ability to communicate well and be empathetic to the issues our clients and families are facing Excellent communication and collaboration skills with other team members The desire and ability to proactively solve problems each day Flexibility to learn new skills, receive constructive feedback and provide honest feedback to others Hunger for growth and learning Internal solid motivation and accepts personal responsibility for actions Love for children Desire to collaborate with other team members Accepting Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with appropriate educational degree and certification At Fluens we are...
