A - Operator/ Machine Operator Savita Naturals Ltd is currently seeking an A - Operator/ Machine Operator to join their team in Swedesboro, New Jersey 08085. ** Requirements available in two shifts. Full Time - Monday to Friday. Training for 2 - 4 weeks on an 8 AM to 5 PM schedule ** 2nd shift: 2 PM to 10 PM. 3rd Shift: 10 PM to 6 AM. Who we are:Savita Naturals, Ltd. is a provider of specialty seed oil extraction and related services with an emphasis on unique solutions, quality service and quick response.The company has recently expanded into the development and marketing of products for the health food industry. About the Role:This position is responsible for setting up, running, adjusting, cleaning, and monitoring production machines. The candidate is expected to follow all safety protocols while keeping the equipment running and in good condition. They are expected to work with other employees to ensure the best quality product is produced as efficiently as possible. What you'll do:Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assignedSet up machine to runFollow all safety protocolsThe position is very physical in a hot, dirty environment.Keep machines in good working orderPerform machine changeoversHelp other operators as requiredWork with packers and QC to ensure quality productPhysically move product between machines using a forklift/shovelRecord & turn in production information during shift Our Perfect CandidateHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMust have reliable transportationMust be able to lift at least 50lbs.Must have mechanical aptitude.Must be able to follow instructions.Must have good communication skills.Must be prompt and have good attendance.Individual who is reliableAbility to work independently and as a member of a team.Flexibility to work in a changing environment.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer:Competitive hourly rate of $20/hr to start, possibility to move to $22/hr after 90 days and $25/hr in one year.Uniforms are provided and showers are available. Benefits package available :The company pays 100% of the employee cost for health coverage.Employees are eligible for Vacation and Sick Leave after a 90 day probationary period.Employees are eligible to participate in the 401k after 6 months.
