JOB DESCRIPTION As our Paint Maker, you're there to assure product quality by setting up, operating, or tending machines to mix or blend materials, such as solvents, resins, pigments, latex, and other chemical additives in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner to ultimately provide paint to the customer. Solving challenges is the very foundation of who we are. After all, in the beginning, our founder, sea captain Robert Fergusson, didn't particularly care about paint.
