Assistant Parts Sales Manager

Description:
Would you like to be a part of a fast-paced automotive parts sales department? We are looking for an Assistant Parts Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations of the parts sales team, ensure inventory accuracy, and provide outstanding customer service to our internal and external customers.Responsibilities: * Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue * Support the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets * Help train, develop, and coach staff * Address and resolve customer inquiring and concerns promptly * Process returns, warranty claims, and address pricing concerns * Develop, monitor, and report essential sales data to Servco executives and Toyota Motor Corp * Understand Oracle application and continue to stay up to date on Oracle's technology * Stay updated on market trends and provide recommendations based on market researchRequirements: * High school graduate or equivalent * Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred * Minimum 3 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or parts industry * Previous supervisory experience preferred * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel * Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) experience preferred * Dealer management systems (DMS) experience and/or Oracle knowledge preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong customer relations skillsAuto Parts Manager - Auto Service Manager - Customer Service SupervisorAt Servco, we're committed to providing valuable mobility solutions to empower people through the freedom of movement and opportunity.
