Maximo Administrator Job Summary: Job Summary Equinix is looking for a Senior Associate Maximo Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Maximo application. You will play a crucial role in ensuring its smooth operation, addressing any incidents, ensuring security and compliance, and optimizing its performance. As a valued member of our IT team, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technology in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Fields and receives application implementation requests from internal customersAssists internal customers in reviewing new Maximo versions and architectures guidelinesConducts research on recommended approaches in everyday operational mattersReports to senior members of the architecture team on new features, security patches, and version upgradesPerforms User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Disaster Response testing documentation and backupsInvestigates, researches, and analyzes moderate application incidents, as they are raised or reported for further examinationApplies procedures to address and address incidents as necessaryImplements password policies to ensure regular password updatesMaintains audit history for new user on-boarding and terminating user accessSupports internal and external auditors with periodic reviewsProvides application analysis support of capacity reviewPerforms level of performance analysisIdentifies performance bottlenecks using established processesProvides support on resolving first level of Maximo performance issue resolutionSupports compliance management within a moderate scope Qualifications 2+ experience as a Maximo Administrator or in a similar roleBachelors degree or equivalent experienceExtensive understanding of Maximo architecture and effective approachesExceptional problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and effective communicationAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamStrong commitment to following security protocols and proceduresDemonstrated ability to successfully implement and support Maximo applicationsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentThe United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:* San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $89,000 to $142,000 per year* California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $82,000 to $130,000 per year* Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $74,000 to $118,000 per yearOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
