WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR...Campbell's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Lead to join our analytics team. As the Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team that utilizes Databricksto deliver cutting-edge analytics solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design scalable data solutions, and ensure successfulproject delivery.WHAT YOU WILL DO...Lead a team of data engineers, business analysts, testers and partner with scrum masters,data modelers and architects to deliver curated content using Databricks.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.Implement best practices for data ingestion, transformation and curation.Ensure data quality and integrity across all data sources.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.Manage project budgets, timelines and resources effectively.Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data engineering, analytics, andDatabricks technologies.Partner with Business and IT partners to understand business drivers, key performanceindicators (KPIs) needed to support them.Day-to-day hands-on analysis of issues, ability to prioritize and gather requirements for currentand future statesDocument and manage issues list, conduct testing and document new and revised policies.Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emergingtechnologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify gapsand inefficiencies.Develop detailed business requirements documentation, including process flows, use cases,and functional specifications.Design and lead the implementation/configuration and maintenance of relevant IT capabilitiesand solutions based on the functional strategy, business capabilities and businessrequirements.Manage budget, purchase orders and Invoices for new and existing vendors and ensure costare matched against A.O.P. (Annual Operating Plan).Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity ofCPG/Pharma/Manufacturing systems.Provide training and support to end-users on CPG/Pharma/Manufacturing systems andprocesses.Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunitiesfor improvement.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in CPG/Pharma/Manufacturingtechnology solutions.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics projects delivery, preferably using Azure orDatabricks.Proven ability to lead in an outsourced delivery and support model.Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory or similar technologies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExperience working with/in diverse teams and influencing stakeholders and other leaders notreporting to them.Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, integration design, testing, and solutionsdeployment.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.IF WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE... (NICE TO HAVE)Certifications in Databricks or related technologies.Hands-on experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, etc.)Proficiency in SQL and Python.Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.MORE ABOUT THE JOB...Reports to IT Director, Data Fabric, R&D, CommercializationLess than 5% of travel includes vendor visits, manufacturing sites, trade shows, etc. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$105,000-$172,200Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
