Job Description: This role contributes to Our Client's success by supporting and assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans and programs for promotional brand initiatives and/or categories. The ideal candidate will have progressive experience in product or brand management and project management. Story Behind the Need: Our marketing strategy team needs additional support. This role is crucial in helping the team manage and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring the quality and quantity of work meets our standards. Team Culture and Environment: Collaborative and highly interactive Casual and intersectional team culture Focused on translating marketing strategies into effective campaigns Key Projects: Managing multiple projects simultaneously Working with outside vendors to execute marketing campaigns Sending out campaigns in the US and Canada Typical Day in the Role: Project management from end to end Assisting the hiring manager with information dissemination High level of collaboration with the team Candidate Requirements: Technology Requirements: Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Familiarity with marketing/campaign technologies Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management and creative work Experience in the marketing space is essential Nice-to-Haves: Consulting experience Creative agency work Experience working with tech teams Degree in marketing (preferred but not required) Top Candidate Skills: Project Management Acumen: Must be organized and able to manage multiple projects efficiently. Familiarity in the Marketing Space: Experience in marketing is essential for understanding and executing campaigns. Creative Experience: Previous work in creative roles within the marketing space. Disqualifiers: Lack of necessary qualifications No prior experience in marketing How Candidates Will Know They Are Succeeding: Regular one-on-one meetings with the hiring manager The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $50/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
