Position Overview:We seek a highly experienced and dynamic individual for the Vice President, (VP) StrategicServices role. The VP will play a pivotal role in leading our team, shaping the strategic direction,and driving the overall success of our clients' marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate willpossess a strong background in direct marketing, significant leadership experience, and aproven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced and client-focusedenvironment.Responsibilities:1. Leadership and Team Management:- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, including Directors, Managers, andsupport staff.- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achievetheir full potential.- Oversee performance management, including goal setting, performance evaluations, andprofessional development plans.2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building and nurturing solidrelationships based on trust and mutual success.- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, andopportunities and develop tailored marketing strategies to address their needs.- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all client projects and campaigns, meeting orexceeding expectations for quality, effectiveness, and ROI.3. Strategic Planning and Execution:- Develop and execute comprehensive direct marketing strategies that drive customeracquisition, retention, and revenue growth for clients.- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and incorporatethem into our strategic approach.- Analyze campaign performance data and market insights to identify areas for optimizationand refinement, continuously improving results over time.4. Business Development and Growth:- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities,contributing to the expansion and diversification of our client portfolio.- Participate in sales presentations, pitches, and proposal development, leveraging yourexpertise to win new business and drive revenue growth.- Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with industry stakeholders to enhance ourmarket presence and generate referral business.- Retain the current portfolio clients with the expectation of growing the clients by 10%annually.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 10 years of direct marketing experience, with a strong focus on retail and e-commerce industries.- Proven track record of success in a leadership role within a direct marketing agency or similarenvironment.- Extensive knowledge of direct mail, email marketing, digital marketing, and other relevantchannels and tactics.- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.- Strong client management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complexideas and solutions clearly and persuasively.- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive results, and foster a culture ofcontinuous improvement.- Experience with budget management, forecasting, and financial analysis.Join Our Team:Suppose you are a strategic thinker, collaborative leader, and results-driven professionalpassionate about direct marketing and retail innovation.
