eCommerce Project Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented, creative thinker to oversee the team. The keys to success are a strong sense of urgency, efficiency, and accuracy.The successful OMS Manager will collaborate with fellow team members and local operations leadership to drive operational improvement. The OMS Manager must be well-versed in distribution and supply chain operations, performance benchmarking, and KPI/dashboard development.Experience with database management and related tools is a strong plus. The ideal candidate is process-oriented and always looking for opportunities to streamline and improve. Must have Ecommerce experience. In this role, the individual will work with cross-functional teams to solve complex business issues involving order fulfillment, operational compliance, and inventory optimization. Core Responsibilities * Oversee team of analysts responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations related to inventory and order flow* Develop strategy to improve efficiency in hold management* Expert in technical and operational flows, identifying root causes and develop action plan to address issues* Support the development and continuous improvement of standards along with implementation and improvements of systems.* Represent team on calls with cross-functional partners* Lead Peak Planning and Management* Responsible for hitting MTD SHIP goals and maintaining SLA Required: * BA/BS degree, preferably in logistics or business from a US College* +5 years experience, preferably in Supply Chain* Proficient in Microsoft Suite* Advanced experience in Microsoft excel* Direct experience with regular interaction/management, an understanding of relational database concepts; the ability to merge and transfer files resulting in the creation of reports from multiple sources* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually and as part of a team* Ability to derive and articulate insights and actionable recommendations from data analysis* Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects independently, simultaneously, and with strong attention to detail* Strong critical and analytical thinking* Strong problem solving* Experience leading a team of +2* KPI development and management* Strong communication and organization Nice to Have: - Familiar with IT ticketing systems JIRRA, Service Now- Proficient in Power BI experience or similar reporting solutionThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $44 to $48/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
