She is already pretty quick and fast, comparatively for her age in her sport, but is interested in working on both form and increasing speed. She has lofty goals and embraces the hard work it takes to achieve her goals. Her sister was a D1 Softball player, so she has a decent understanding of the work ethic it takes to get where she wants to be. I’m not sure if you work with other sports outside of track, but was curious if she is someone you may be interested in training.
