As an essential part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of residential and commercial properties.DESIGNATED JOBS : 1. Plumbing:(Certified or Licensed)- Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.- Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.- Provide cost estimates for plumbing projects and communicate effectively with clients.2. HVAC Technician:(Certified or Licensed)- Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.- Conduct routine maintenance to optimize HVAC system performance and efficiency.- Test and calibrate HVAC components to ensure proper functionality.- Respond to emergency HVAC service calls and address issues promptly.- Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance and repairs.Qualifications:• Strong problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Reliable transportation.• Licensed technicians will have priority and may receive additional job opportunities and competitive compensation.Additionally : • We pay for the Materials • We pay the Gas FeePayment Method:• Weekly (Thursday or Friday).• Direct Bank Transfer.• CashApp.Powered by JazzHR
