Responsibilities: • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales• Lead generation• Real estate sales• Buyer lead follow-up• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• A real estate license is required• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000+ at plan About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
