You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads• Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget• Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction• Team and individual lead generation• Lead follow up• Buyer sales• Team player• Sales talk mastery• Execute appointments Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• An established track record of successful real estate sales • A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: Our LuxurySold team is rapidly expanding into our Phoenix partners!
