We are in search of a professional, licensed, experienced and Local Real Estate Assistant for our extremely busy Southwest Florida Real Estate Team. Real estate Part-time salaried opportunity to do a variety of tasks both in the field and remotely. Seeking a flexible people person with good computer and communication skills who can practice versatility both with your schedule and in dealing with customers and deadlines. Clear communicator both written and oral who strives to provide white glove customer service to create raving fans. A real estate license and experience are strongly preferred. Photography experience is a plus. A positive attitude is a must. MUST hold an active Florida Real Estate License and live in SWFL! Responsibilities: • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events• Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings• Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area• Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Real estate experience and/or license required• Work in our friendly, modern Bonita Springs office• Positive, Can Do attitude• Be flexible, versatile, and willing to switch gears and have Fun! • Friendly, people person with a heart of service who enjoys working with people and helping bring white glove service!
