Assist the Senior Pastor, providing support and assistance in various aspects of ministry. Prepare and deliver sermons, lead Bible studies, and teach classes to help nurture the spiritual growth of the congregation. Offer pastoral counseling to individuals and families in times of need, providing guidance and support. Visit members of the congregation in hospitals, homes, or other settings to offer comfort, prayer, and support. Assist with the day-to-day administrative responsibilities of the church, which include organizing events, managing volunteers, and overseeing ministries.
