Job descriptionAsh & Barrel is an exclusive intimate cigar lounge experience in Cornelius, NC. In the Jetton Village community with access to Lake Norman and the Peninsula Golf Course. Ash & Barrel has created a social environment where uniqueness and sophistication collide and enjoying a cigar with unhindered tranquility is met with anticipation. We work as a team, creating, collaborating, and serving our guests to ensure their experience exceeds expectations. Immediate Lounge and Bar Associate: Ash & Barrel has immediate openings for qualified lounge bartenders and servers to provide our guests and members with the best quality cocktails and service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: At least 2 years of bartending experience, mixed cocktails and liquor knowledge Exemplary customer service and ability to work as a team member Flexible schedules--the ability to work day/night, holidays, weekend shifts. Complete opening & closing duties and side work. Follow all processes and procedures. Prepares juices and garnishes for mixed drinks. Develop, foster, and cultivate a culture of connection. Get to know our patrons Adherence to schedule, always be on time and ready to work and helping to create a welcoming conversational environment Proper cash handling procedures when accepting cash, charge cards, checks or gift certificates Maintain company-provided uniform(s) as well as always maintain clean and professional appearance.
