Key Responsibilities: Prospect, identify, and prioritize new business opportunities within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts. Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations. Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track sales activities, pipeline management, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to sales management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on acquiring new business. Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical market dynamics, regulatory environment, and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
