WIN Waste Innovations is a vertically integrated business with a platform of 50 strategically located collection, transfer, and disposal assets. These include waste-to-energy facilities, transfer stations, ash monofills, landfills, and fleets of rail cars and collection vehicles. We process more than 11 million tons of waste annually, converting 6.7 million tons of waste into clean, renewable energy that powers 340,000 homes. We recycle more than 234,000 tons of plastic, paper, and metals from the waste stream. As a Customer Care Agent, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. Customer Care Agents must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, in a conversational manner. Being able to remain calm, cool, and collected in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment is a must! To ensure we can handle our customers' needs, our employees must be punctual, dependable, and reliable. Responsibilities: * Ability to quickly assess information and make decisions * Ability to effectively multi-task and quickly navigate multiple systems * Excellent verbal, written and keyboarding skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) * High school diploma or GED * Customer service experience is a plus At WIN Waste Innovations, each eligible employee receives a competitive total compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability.
