Role Overview: The position offers two potential pathways: Detailer / Draughtsman: Focusing on creating detailed drawings and designs using advanced steel software. Detailer with Project Management: Combining detailing with project management responsibilities. This role involves overseeing projects from drafting through to workshop production, installation, and final account negotiation. Responsibilities: Create detailed technical drawings using advanced steel software. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs meet specifications. For dual role candidates: manage projects, coordinate with workshop and installation teams, and handle client negotiations. Qualifications: Proficiency in advanced steel software. Strong attention to detail and technical drawing skills. Project management experience for dual role candidates is an advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Package: Start date is ASAP Job Location: Sittingbourne Salary: up to £50K with overtime. Flexible working hours Benefits: Bonus Scheme: Receive £1000 for every new client project won valued between £80-100K. On average, employees bring in 3-5 new customers per year.
