The role The role of the PSL is incredibly varied and certainly shouldn't be viewed as a back office position. Your day to day will involve horizon scanning and keeping up to date with changes in the law, managing learning & development initiatives including training both internally with colleagues and also for clients including many major insurers, supporting on technically complex issues, involvement in business planning for the team, support on marketing and business development opportunities including the production of articles and many other matters. This is an exciting opportunity for you to progress your career away from fee earning and everything that goes along with it, such as time recording, whilst still being heavily involved in the technical nature of professional indemnity legal work, and maintaining a range of relationships both internally and externally.
