The ideal candidate will represent clients in administrative hearings, prepare them for proceedings, and draft administrative appeals. Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and legal analysis are essential for success in this role. Duties:Prepare clients for administrative hearings.Advocate for clients at administrative hearings.Draft administrative appeals to the Appeals Council. Requirements:Active attorney license.Strong writing skills (required).Strong organizational skills (required).Background in Social Security Disability law or appellate work is helpful. Education and Experience:Must be a licensed attorney or soon-to-be licensed law school graduate.Preferably 1-3 years of experience.
