Minneapolis Kids is a program of the Minneapolis Public Schools Community Education Department and provides year-round high-quality school age care. Our programs offer youth opportunities for intellectual, physical, and social development and are structured to fit the developmental needs, cultural diversity, and unique characteristics of each child. We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals with a passion for youth development to work with Minneapolis Kids this summer! The work involves actively supervising and engaging with youth, leading activities and maintaining clean and safe environments to provide positive experiences for youth and families. DETAILS: Minneapolis Kids can offer an opportunity for you to work with our summer program in a temporary position. Hourly wage is $18.02/hour Shifts may vary or similar to: 6:30 -10:30 am or 2:00 - 6:00 pm or 8 hour day shift Temporary position - On Call Substitute Only These positions are contingent upon enrollment and do not include paid time off or holiday pay for non-permanent MPS employees High school diploma/GED required.
